1ST STEP

DEPOSIT PAYMENT AND SIGNED TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you decide to progress with the order, please get in touch and we will send you a pro-forma invoice with payment stages as per agreed terms and conditions.

We will then discuss current lead times and arrange the next step – site survey.
PLEASE NOTE

we will require the first deposit payment in order to carry out site survey and begin detailed design drawings. Please ensure deposits are paid on time to avoid any delays to the programme.
2ND STEP

SITE SURVEY AND ESTABLISHING ACCESS

A
We will carry out a manual or digital survey, liaise with the builder with regards to connections and weathering details and check the access and best possible ways of installation.
B
If you, the architect or your builder require drawings prior to creating the openings, then we will move to the next stage – technical drawings, before commencing the survey.
C
If a survey is not required and we can work to agreed sizes, then we will proceed with technical drawings.
PLEASE NOTE
before asking us to proceed with the survey, please make sure all structural openings are ready to measure or sizes can be agreed with the builder on site. Any extra or wasted visits can chargable.
3RD STEP

TECHNICAL DRAWINGS

Please allow up to two weeks for design approval drawings to be issued. Depending on complexity and number of current projects at the time of order, lead time might be extended. We will advise on a lead time after the site survey.
4TH STEP
TECHNICAL DRAWING APPROVAL/COMMENTS AND REVISIONS

If design in principal is agreed and drawings are approved, we will move to the next step.
B
If you would like to make any changes please allow up to five working days to issue new revised drawings.
C
If the drawings and sizes are subject to site survey please allow up to five working days to issue new drawings with revised sizes.
5TH STEP
FABRICATION DRAWINGS AND PROCUREMENT PROCESS
With the approval of design and connection details we will prepare fabrication drawings for each project element.

Usually it takes up to three days, depending on number of elements and the size of the project.

When all drawings are ready and checked we will start manufacture of all the materials.
6TH STEP
SECOND DEPOSIT STAGE PAYMENT AND PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES
Following the production process, we will be able to advise on a lead time for production and an exact date for installation.


PLEASE NOTE
production will start only when your deposit is received. Please arrange for a prompt payment to avoid delays.
7TH STEP
INSTALLATION
Every installation date and its duration period will be agreed with the client and builder.

PLEASE NOTE
Third payment to be made before we will commence the installation process.
8TH STEP
THE PROJECT IS COMPLETE AND YOU CAN ENJOY THE VIEW.

the above durations are not necessarily consecutive in order and some durations may overlap. If required a more detailed program can be produced upon receipt of client's program and confirmation of anticipated start date. These durations are target/projected dates only and do not form part of a contract, as durations may change subject to current project commitments.
